Welcome to The Park on Wai-iti, a 100 year old historic home that has been refurbished to today's standards; warm, cosy, peaceful and safe. Containing five quality private rooms all with brand new firm queen-size beds and furniture. Each bed contains a queen fleece electric blanket to keep you warm and cosy, high quality duvet and quality duvet cover, and silky 2000 thread white sheets. There is also a common kitchen and dining area, with a 55" smart TV.

About Us
The Park on Wai-iti is located right in the heart of Timaru, just off State Highway 1, and contains five separate private rooms that were refurbished in December 2018.
The Park on Wai-iti is a 24 minute walk to all attractions, including the world famous Caroline Bay and beach, the waterfront, Timaru CBD, cafés, shops, tourist attractions and penguins.
Pets are welcome at The Park on Wai-iti, but please check with us before booking.
